A long over due collection of tribute pages to the individuals who accepted the challenge of educating us.
We are profoundly saddened and shocked by the passing of our dear friend, RHS Assistant Principal and New Players liaison, Basil Pizzuto.
Mr. Pizzuto was dearly loved by his colleagues and the thousands of RHS students he helped guide and nurture over his career, including generations of New Players. We share in their grief, especially with our current students for whom Mr. Pizzuto was a valued mentor.
Mr. Pizzuto was a vocal champion of the New Players Company. His tireless work on our students’ behalf was invaluable to our growth and success. So much of what makes the Little Theatre special is due to Mr. Pizzuto’s support and advocacy. His passing is a terrible loss to the New Players and the RHS community.
The New Players will be keeping Mr. Pizzuto’s family in our thoughts.
Please know that I will be in the Little Theater all day on Monday if your children need a comforting and safe place to be together.
As soon as we know any further details, we will share them with you.
